European Center for Quality Ltd. is a consulting company founded in 2001. It specializes in the development and implementation of international projects linking enterprises and educational institutions, as well as in the implementation of international standards for quality management. It works in close cooperation with municipalities, business associations, chambers of commerce, research centers and NGOs. ECQ has developed and implemented projects for over 100 enterprises, 13 municipal projects, over 15 projects under Lifelong Learning Programme and 13 more recent Erasmus+ projects. Since 2008, ECQ also participates in Intelligent Energy Europe. ECQ coordinates an ongoing Erasmus+ project which aims at building innovation capacities at EU SMEs.

Mr Ludmil MANEV

Managing Director

Mr Manev has extensive experience in project management in the frame of international projects. For over 10 years he has been in charge of maintaining ECQ’s relations with enterprises and business associations, as well as of mediating the establishment and upscaling of collaborative projects linking the education and business sectors.

Dr Gergana DIMITROVA

Researcher and Project Manager

Dr Dimitrova has over 7 years of experience in the development and coordination of international projects focused on higher education, youth, social entrepreneurship, sustainable development, social inclusion and citizenship. She has been involved in more than 10 Erasmus+ projects as the main researcher and research coordinator.

Dr Evgenia NIKULINA

Researcher

Dr Nikulina brings to the team expertise in educational management, research management, curriculum development and instructional design. She has an extensive experience in the field of international project management with special focus on joint degree programmes with North American and European Universities.

Ms Vanya NOVAKOVA

Researcher

Ms Novakova is a young expert in EU cooperation initiatives. She has gained professional experience in the government sector in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in the Ministry of Defence (Bulgaria). Her professional background has benefitted from volunteer service at the Bulgarian Red Cross, the Bulgarian Food Bank and various student organizations.
